Dan Sadgrove

After working in New Zealand and London, Dan hit the road travelling. With a background in anthropology and ethnomusicology he has a strong interest in different cultures and often travels to places that offer a unique slice of life unlike his own experience of growing up in suburban New Zealand. Dan's last film Garage Romantic qualified for the Oscars by winning Best NZ Short at Doc Edge, won 20 awards and played in over 60 festivals worldwide including another Academy Award qualifying festival AmDoc American Documentary Festival in Palm Springs.
